Hey all you Geo members!! Thanks for deciding to read this.. Hi my name is ?????. (Oops, sorry I guess I cant reveal that, illegal or something) and I am your new GEO Vice-President. This year is gonna be awesome!! Packed with tons of events: hikes, potlucks, socials, dining and cultural adventures. So if you haven’t joined, what are you waiting for? If you are already a member, thanks for returning, its always nice to see familiar faces. :)

    Well, for all of you who don't know me yet, here's a little bit of info about myself. I am a Senior and I am seventeen years old. I am an ex-Dance/Drill Team member and I love anything that has to do with performing onstage, which is why I am enrolled in the school's advanced acting class: Theatrics. I also love watching anything that has to do with the performing arts such as musicals, concerts, and classic films.

   What else... Oh! This past year I participated in West Covina's Foreign Exchange Programs. Last November I visited Germany and Austria for 4 weeks. And this summer, I visited Japan with 9 other GEO members for 2 weeks!! It was an amazing experience, I learned so many new things about their way of life and their culture, I even picked up a little bit of the language from both countries, hehe!!

   I haven't been in GEO for a long time so some of these events will be my first time experiencing them, too. Everyone who joins GEO should be expecting many things that you would have never done before. That’s what Geo is all about, its the Adventure Quencher!!! I hope that many people become active members and participate in events to expand their cultural knowledge. The question is- "Geo is it  in you?"
